Happy to be back a month deep into getting preachy with #ThoughtfulDailyPost! @Wesphilbin waves the flag for us and has created @thoughtfulposts as the curation account that rewards thoughtful posts. Please share your positive vibes on the blockchain and consider delegating!
Being mindful and thoughtful is a happiness superpower and, in this segment, I share of the positive notions my algorithm fed me this week and match it with some some dusty old classics to go with each.

The Speed of Love

I will leave it to you to search https://academic.oup.com/book/10052/chapter-abstract/157476632?redirectedFrom=fulltext&login=false to to investigate the copyright that both Science & Metaphysics have over this entry. I am here for the thoughtfulness and leave the legal to the specialists.
I must admit that the artwork was what caught my eye initially. You can almost see the flare and joy on the face of the artist as they swished this colourful heart into existence. Who doesn't appreciate a little painted art mixed with a written message?
It does seem that hate and negativity can travel at high velocity and tends to echo a little. It is so easy to get caught up in a bitch n stitch and propagate frustration and even hate. I am not completely buying the shrouded negativity of this piece though.
I have seen small acts of kindness repeat themselves and send people off happy and duplicating that happiness where they go. I have seen strangers connect over the simultaneous enjoyment of a moment and instantly forget the negativity of the moment before. I think love can spread as quickly as negativity. It just takes a little more as I estimate love takes more effort than hate. sometimes, we are a little worn down or beat up or are otherwise not prepared to put in that effort.
Maybe we just need to do our part to be the propagators of positivity and negativity shock absorbers of negativity. Let us make it the amazing world it can be.
What a wonderful world this would be.

Complain or Sing?

Life is a bit of an uphill marathon. Thousands of steps, with resistance, to greater heights only through the sheer will to live. This statement reminds me a little of a couple statements. 'You can decide not to have joy in winter, but you will just have the same amount of winter, and less joy' and 'Life is full of enough problems that you don't have to go creating them.' Mainly due to happiness being a decision, and that we should not make the journey tougher than it has to be.
Let us not only sing to avoid the complaints, but also lead the chorus so that others my sing along. Like dwarves on the way to work!
Here is another dusty old favourite that predates even me by decades. This song is actually awful but I can't seem to come up with anything but a distant memory and 'Sing a Song'.

Join this movement as the world needs your wisdom and the blockchain is a place to share it. I hope others join me in delegating to @thoughfulposts to increase the rewards for positivity.
@thoughtfulposts/thoughtfulposts-introduction-or-a-thoughtfuldailypost is where you can get the details and share your thoughts.
I invite you to pen your own #thoughtfuldailypost any day of the week and spill your wisdom on the world via the blockchain.
