What is the 1st Amendment?
From the Constitution of the United States of America :
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
What is the 14th Amendment?
"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

Social Media Sites are acting on behalf of the Left and the Right. Both sides want a certain amount of Censorship or spin that benefits "their" side.
Since these Platforms are tools and mouthpieces of the Government and acting on behalf of the Government, their censorship activities are illegal.

I don't agree with most people, but I do agree you should be able to express yourself. The Left is currently experiencing a form of "Cannibalism" in which they are eating themselves by trying to one up each other. This modus operandum has caught up to them and the original cancelers are now being cancelled and it's becoming a vicious , self fulfilling cycle. But I digress...
Even Truth Social is subject to Centralization and Censorship and control of the Government.
