
Holiday Hot Chocolate
1 can (13.5 oz) unsweetened Coconut Cream
2 Cup Milk (your choice)
¼ Cup granulated Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
¼ Cup Chocolate Chips
¼ Cup White Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Topping (optional)
In a saucepan add in coconut cream, your choice of milk, heavy cream (if your using it), sugar, salt, and cocoa powder and stir everything till combined. Turn stove to medium heat and heat till mixture is at a simmer, make sure your stirring occasional, you do not want anything to burn. Turn heat off, add both kinds of chocolate chips and allow to set for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes stir mixture and add vanilla, and stir again until smooth. Add to serving cups, add toppings.
