I could spend long words here. But if you want XRP now and dont wanna wait for Bitstamp as its probably scam? Who knows... Use
1.) Create a Toastwalled XRP. Thats the first thing you need.
2.) Login to Jaxx or your Coinbase or Myetherwallet or Ledgerwallet.
3.) Use bitcoinchange website and convert within minutes. Done! (TAG needs to be 0)
Benefits? No Exchange needed like binance, bitstamp. Also no KYC Know your Customer needed ;) Have phun.
IMPORTANT!!! TAG can be empty if you send from any exchange to your toastwallet. Only if you would do sending from toastwallet -> to exchange this is needed!!
