Hi Steemit family! I live in Azabu Juban, located in the heart of Roppongi, and I'd like to show off some of it's charm and elegance. (日本語は下）
Azabu Juban shotengai (shopping street)
Azabu Juban is only a short walk from Roppongi Hills, and the greater Roppongi business district. Azabu Juban's main street is a stoned paved cobbled junction. The narrow, windy streets and slow moving traffic, along with many restarants operated by elderly owners, give it a nostalgic, relaxed atmosphere.
One of the most popular Udon shops in the area. Many famous celebrities who live nearby are often seen dining here.

The district's most well known event is Azabu Juban matsuri, or festival, during the month of August. During this time, thousands flock to the area, to taste foods, watch perfomances and take in the atmosphere.
In the anime and manga series Sailor Moon, the characters live in this district.

A stroll up takes you towards Roppoingi Hills, and the well known Tsutaya bookshop.

The first floor has a Starbucks, and a huge variety of books which you are free to read while you drink your coffee, or just take a rest.

The second floor contains seasonal collectables - of course, this means Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and associated merchandise.

Juban Inari shrine is also nearby - a popular location at this time for those who follow the Shinto religion. Many visit to pray or give thanks for the previous year.

The quiet atmosphere, along with it's close promimity to Roppongi, Hiroo, and other popular hangout and business locations make Azabu Juban one of the trendiest and most exciting places to live in Tokyo.
六本木の中心にある麻布十番に住んでいます。
業務地区の六本木、六本木ヒルズから10分離れた場所です。中心に石畳の道があります。道が狭くて交通が遅くて、週末に行ったら、雰囲気を楽しむ人がたくさんいます。数十年間営業してきたお店、レストランがたくさんあって、懐かしい雰囲気があります。
一番有名なイベントは８月の麻布十番祭りです。演奏、音楽、食べ物を楽しめる祭りで毎年何千人がきます。
セーラームーンのシリーズの舞台は麻布十番です。
麻布十番から少し散歩して行ったら、六本木ヒルズのツタヤに着きます。
一階は様々な本、スターバックスもあります。コーヒーを飲みながら本を無料に楽しめます。
二階に行ったら、流行りのグッズがあります。今はスターウオーズですね。
他には、DVD、映画、弾いてもいいピアノもあります。
勉強、本を読む、友たちと喋るためにテーブル、席もあります。
十番稲荷神社も近くにあります。年明けに祈りに行く人がよくいます。
穏やかな雰囲気があって、さらに便利な場所にあるので、おしゃれな街で住みたい人が多いです。
