Rubik' s Cube (also called Hungarian Cube, Magic Cube, Speed Cube, Puzzle Cube) invented in 1974 and worldwide available form 1980. As of 2009, 350 million cubes had been sold worldwide. Original ad said that there is over 3'000'000'000 (three billion) combinations but only one solution.
And of course, sometimes only one screwdriver is needed :D
