India road conditions are not expanding to traffic rules.
India loses billions of rupees to traffic jam but still not imporvement.
Right now, i am near north Delhi and this is what i am facing.
Need you suggestion, are uber, ola and other commerical taxi causing traffic congestion more than private vehicle, kindly provide you suggestion
