The last stop of our Asia trip was the biggest island of Thailand, Phuket Island. The past three weeks had been very exciting and eventful, but finally the time to relax had come. The hotel selected by us, Vivi Bungalows Resort , was suitable exactly for this purpose in the best way.
This resort is highly rated on sites such as Booking.com, but the real reason for dedicating a complete article to an accommodation lies in the owner of the hotel, who took care of us in a way we have rarely experienced before. It already began with the fact that at the airport she transported our baby carriage with her own car to the hotel, because the trunk of the taxi was too small for it (she was present, because she wanted to make herself as still new hotel boss a picture of it, whether the transfer system by taxi to the hotel was running smoothly). But also on many other occasions she proved to be a perfect hostess ... so for example she offered us once to bring us (again with her own car) to the beach. I would like to take this opportunity to say thanks once again for her great hospitality!
However, this article isn't a hotel evaluation à la TripAdvisor, but a subjective experience report with many personal photos.
(Anyway, information regarding booking costs, equipment of the rooms etc. can be found in the internet, but I can tell you so much, that the price-performance ratio was excellent in my opinion, the apartments are spacious and well equipped, the beds comfortable and the Wifi is fast enough.)

Die letzte Station unserer Asienreise war die größte Insel Thailands, Ko Phuket. Die vergangenen drei Wochen waren zwar sehr spannend und erlebnisreich gewesen, aber nun war endlich die Zeit zum Entspannen gekommen. Das von uns ausgesuchte Hotel, das Vivi Bungalows Resort, eignete sich genau zu diesem Zweck bestens.
Dieses Resort wird auf Seiten wie beispielsweise Booking.com ganz hervorragend bewertet, aber der eigentliche Grund dafür, einer Unterkunft einen kompletten Artikel zu widmen, liegt in der Besitzerin des Hotels, welche sich in einer Art und Weise um uns gekümmert hat, wie wir es nur selten zuvor erlebt haben. Es begann schon damit, dass sie am Flughafen unseren Kinderwagen mit ihrem eigenen Auto zum Hotel tranportierte, weil der Kofferraum des Taxis zu klein dafür war (sie war anwesend, weil sie sich als noch neue Hotelchefin ein Bild davon machen wollte, ob das Transfersystem per Taxi zum Hotel reibungslos ablief). Aber auch bei vielen weiteren Gelegenheiten erwies sie sich als perfekte Gastgeberin ... so bot sie uns beispielsweise einmal an, uns (wieder mit ihrem eigenen Wagen zum Strand zu bringen). Für diese Gastfreundschaft möchte ich mich an dieser Stelle nochmals ganz herzlich bedanken!
Ihr werdet nun jedoch keine Hotelbewertung à la TripAdvisor vorfinden, sondern einen subjektiven Erlebnisbericht mit vielen persönlichen Fotos.
(Informationen bezüglich Buchungskosten, Austattung der Zimmer etc. finden sich zur Genüge im Internet. Ich kann jedoch so viel verraten, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis m. E. ganz ausgezeichnet war, die Appartements geräumig und gut ausgestattet sind, die Betten komfortabel und das WLAN schnell genug ist.)
