7 hours drive excluding pre-trip and post-trip preparation is just rounding up to 440km, excluding the round trip to Klang which is + 80km.
I must say, I am really proud of my 13 year old little Pegasus for holding up all the way... Including taking on and extra almost 200kg of weight on the way down South today.
Cars are such great tools when you really depend on them.
And today, my dad's car could have seen its last days of service after serving its master for 20 over years.
I wish I could allow Actifit to detect the motion because according to my pedometer I have hit 20,000 steps today haha.

So I literally drove for 9 hours... So I could easily burn around 495 - 520 calories just by driving. Haha.
But I think I ate more than that calories. I probably have to figure it out later.
Right now, I know my feet are very tired.
But this is for the family. Gotta do what I gotta do.
