If you have a Facebook account, somewhere along the lines, you have probably come across an advertisement for one of the multitude of Slot gaming apps on the site. But did you know that one of these apps gives real life rewards that you can use for a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada?
I have been playing MyVegas Slots, My Konami Slots, and PopSlots (App Only) for several year. All three pool together reward credits, so you can work on building up a major collection of reward points over time.

How many points? So glad you asked. Before I started redeeming rewards, I was up over 760,000 reward points.
What does that get me? Well here's what we have so far:

Well we gotta start with the room right? So there are a bunch of one night comp hotels on offer, but every now and then you can find a Two night comp certificate, and I cashed in on this one for two nights at the MGM Signature at MGM Grand. There go 95,000 points, but all I will have to pay at check out is the Resort Fees.
Next we will need to be entertained.

Cirque Du Soleil is one of the premiere names in Entertainment in Las Vegas, and for 40,000 points I got a second row seat to the evening show. No additional fees on this one, just a straight up points redemption.

I have not been to Las Vegas in over a decade, and the monorail was not much of a thing back then. But looking at the route map it looks like we can get most anywhere on the strip with use of the Monorail. This two for one 4 days pass will save us $36 and give us unlimited monorail rides during our trip. Cost of 21,000 points.
Other things we are looking at include: Buy One Get One tickets to Cirque's Love - The Beatles Story, buy one get one free entree at several different restaurants, as well as buy one get one cocktails at various bars. There's also credit for GrayLine Tours to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon.
With three rewards purchased, I still have over 600,000 rewards points to spend. I also have a secondary account I assigned to my wife which will have enough points for the second KA ticket, and a couple of other rewards as well.
We should have a good time in Las Vegas without spending an arm and a leg. It's all free, just for playing a Facebook Game and not being a Las Vegas resident.
