Pushkar Lake or Pushkar Lake (Sanskrit: Pushkar-Sarovar), a lake of holy Hindus located in Pushkar town of Ajmer district of Rajasthan state. Thus, according to the 
Hindus, it is a shrine. This lake was built by Lord Brahma Ji from the mythological point of view, hence the temple of Brahma ji near the lake has also been built.
In Pushkar Lake, Kartik Purnima (October-November) fills Pushkar fair in the month, where pilgrims come in thousands of baths and take a bath. It is believed that after bathing here all the skin diseases are removed and the skin becomes neat and tidy.
Around 500 Hindu temples and 52 ghat are located around the lake. The lake is located 11 km north of Ajmer Nagar of Rajasthan. According to legendary belief, Pushkar Lake was built by Lord Brahma. There are fifty-two bathing ghats. Varah, Brahma and Gau Ghat are important in these Ghats. People from ancient times gather here every year in Kartik month worshiping the Lord Brahma. People who come to Pushkar bath in Pushkar Lake to make their holy.
