Destination: Cork- Southern Ireland
Time Of Year: Autumn 2009
Snap shot description- A beautiful European city that has alot of Gaelic charm.
I remember flying into Cork and seeing all the green. That is land of course. Cork was the first place that I stopped in a hostel and it was a really warm and welcoming experience and I would definately do it again.
In the mornings everyone would be sat in a big canteen all eating together and I remember it how nice people were and helpful, not like sometimes when you go away and people just die in fear of talking to strangers.
It was called kinley House and if i remember right it was situated slightly uphill in and around a lot of cobbles.

We visited the Firkin centre and this is me being slightly immature because it sounds like a swearword.
We also visited Cork Gaol which was quite fascinating.
It was just like you would see in a film with all the cells upstairs from a twisted stair case. He's me talking to a statue because I'm strange.
Heres the town hall
The munster blackwater that runs through Cork
Talking about muster- We met the munster rugby team in the pub too!
The thing I remember about Cork is how friendly people are and the nightlife was superb!
(Not sure what face I was pulling here)
Cork is a beautiful place and the shopping is great too! So make sre you take some spending money if you aim to go.
Just one word of warning...you will be frowned upon if you ask for anything in your guinness. That is a cardinal sin!
