And here is the third and final part of my culinary journey in Japan.
In this last video summary I moved from Tokyo to Kyoto, and then moved again to Osaka.
Even in these two cities I did not miss anything at the level of culinary experiments.
I have not pulled back from anything, tasting whatever I encountered on my journey.
I have to admit that sometimes it went well and others decidedly less.
But in the end the soul of a country is discovered also and above all through its cuisine.
For this reason I strongly advise you to be brave and taste everything that the local cuisine of the place you are in offers you. I assure you that in the end you will not regret it.

Ed ecco qui la terza e ultima parte del mio viaggio culinario in Giappone.
In quest'ultimo video riassunto mi sono spostata da Tokyo a Kyoto, per poi spostarmi ancora a Osaka.
Anche in queste due città non mi sono fatta mancare nulla a livello di esperimenti culinari.
Non mi sono tirata indietro di fronte a nulla, assaggiando qualunque cosa incontrassi sul mio cammino.
Devo ammettere che alcune volte mi è andata bene e altre decisamente meno.
Ma in fondo l'anima di un paese si scopre anche e soprattutto attraverso la sua cucina.
Per questo motivo vi consiglio vivamente di farvi coraggio e assaggiare tutto ciò che la cucina locale del posto in cui vi trovate vi offre. Vi assicuro che alla fine non ve ne pentirete.
