This year, July in our area is quite wet and rainy. As a result, a lot of mushrooms appeared in the forests, which we gather in large quantities.
Mushrooms are delicious if you know which ones are edible and which are not. Mushrooms make a great variety of delicious dishes, and they are perfect for conservation in the winter.
Here are these orange beauties - aspens. They grow in aspen forests and bushes, it is difficult not to notice them, because the hats of these mushrooms have a bright color. They are very tasty and fragrant, if they are properly prepared.
And this is the nest of a grouse. I found it where the female fluttered, frightened of mushroom pickers. I think the bird returned to its nest after we left this place.
Last weekend we did not gather a lot of them, because they are mostly autumn mushrooms and most of them grow in September. But now the weather is such that except for aspens in the forest there are white mushrooms and boletus.
