25 May, 2018:
Something interesting caught my eye in the news today!
Guess what? We will be having a cruise service from Mumbai to Goa!
Yes, you heard it right. :D
This will be India's first ever passenger luxury cruise service and the ship has been named "Angriya".

Capacity and Amenities:
It has a capacity to accommodate 350 passengers and has 8 restaurants, recreation room, lounge, and an infinity pool.
Ticket Cost:
The ticket costs Rs 7500 per person (May vary depending on the demand). It will include room costs, beverages, 24 hour coffee shops, refreshments, lunch and dinner.
Sailing Time:
The cruise will take 16 hours to reach from Mumbai to Goa and will cruise along the Konkan coast. The journey will start at 5:00 PM and end at 9:00 AM the next morning. Seems the crew onboard will be explaining the history of the coastline to the passengers while the cruise is on.
Opening:
The testing began on 23rd May, 2018 and will be open to the public by October 2018 if everything goes according to the plans.
India Tourism:
Goa is one of the biggest tourist spots in India and the government seems to be supporting the expansion of tourism in India.
Here's a video that shows some of the interior of the ship:
I think this is a really great way to relax after that hectic work week and this might attract a lot of people. Let's go on a voyage @firepower, @varunpinto?
