It is quite a good development today and I am happy because I was experimenting if I would eat at least a few hours before getting hooked-up for my dialysis would make my blood pressure to stabilize and at least not go crashing down on me and it seems it worked and is the factor that I was looking for and wondering about all these past few months.
My blood pressure is one of my worries while on session because it always for some reason really crashes sometimes even after only hooked-up for two hours and it is really not good because it affects the cleaning factor when the nurses would adjust the level or intensity of the clean as well as how much water or fluid is taken of and also they add saline solution into my system so that my BP won't get too dangerously high.
So that instance I really do not like to happen and thanks to God now it seems that I know now the crucial factor about that issue that had troubled me for a long time and couldn't seem to figure it out for myself because I was not believing that not eating prior is the culprit for my BP crash problem at dialysis.
Now I will just have to have some food prior to going for my dialysis session and avoiding not eating before getting hooked-up because dialysis in an empty stomach destabilizes blood pressure and a very enigmatic lesson that I just have to really search and experiment on to find out.
Still I have to confirm it after a few tries and if my BP won't really crash then it is the solution that I am longing for all this time. Now I am confident a bit for my future dialysis sessions that my BP will never visit hell levels again I hope which dissipates now my worry about that issue that plagued me for many years.
It just makes sense to have some food or having some food prior to dialysis because dialysis takes away nutrients too from the body that the body needs along with toxins that it should take away because nutrients especially water-soluble ones like blood sugar, vitamins, and protein compounds if gets too low and would weaken the body.
The dialyzer (blood filter) that I am using has bigger pores than the ordinary which means that much of those things passes through from the blood and is one of the factor that makes my BP go low and is just compounded by fluid outtake from my system that is why I do not take antihypertensive or I will just never able to finish dialysis if its BP-lowering effect would add to the mix. Glory be to God about this day.
