Introduction:
I, Vikas Rajora, am the individual developer and team leader of AccessBand system, this system used for events, fests to make easy track member when entry and exit with record, stop unauthorized person entry and exit, this system bulid on express.js, ejs, MySQL, Hive BlockChain Technology
When use this system in events then make easy to verify authorised members to give entry and exit.
Firslty login using HiveSigner for more security without filll username or password which user create by SuperAdmin in simple word user data have in our database then the user login using our self Hive Signer account.
stly issue wrist band to member for entry and exit using registration no. scan wrist band using barcode scanner or type wrist band barcode no. using User, Admin, SuperAdmin.
This interface only for entry user show that user authority to entry member verify photo personal details and permitted entry in event using scan wrist band or manualy type barcode no. or registration no.
when entry and exit member found a miscellaneous or danger equipments then click on add button on right side and raise activity.
when next day enter member in event then show highlight button on right side with activity count to click and view that feature use for check properly when again entry or exit.
Wrist band not issue double when any member visit and try to issue double band then not possible.
Users check entry details of any member using barcode scan or manualy type registration no. / barcode no.
Admin take action on member i.e.. Disable / Enable / Revoke Band
when revoke band by admin then possible to re-issue band and the log saved in database why revoke with user details and date time that features to track easy action history.
When member disable by admin then not permitted to entry in event
When member not permitted highlight activity button on top-right side to view reason why disable the member view below image show Disable: FOUND ALCHOHOL IN BAG.
Add guest / vender by admin or superAdmin and without authorised employee or staff not possible to add vender or guest because who are responsible for entry outside person entry in event, fill details upload live image and add then issue wrist band to member.
When emergency case all member exit to event without scanning the band then superAdmin have access to mark all exit.
Most important feature view download all reports of members / staff / guest i.e.. how many members pending issue band, already issued, entry reports, exit reports, activity reports, all reports view and download in csv files.
In example some member use events transport facilties and bus ready to departure then easy to check which member are currectly in campus of transport not exit becaues buses ready to departure then view reports and call to members .
New user create and manage access in SuperAdmin role after the create new user then user login using our self Hive Signer account.
