Here is the field activity of a diesel generator turbo replacement activity. We were facing a fault in turbo of a diesel generator of 28kva capacity in our cell site since many days due to which generator was unable to start and operate smoothly. So we decided to arrange one and get it replaced. We arranged it from an online shop and it took almost a week to be received. Once received, we tested it and planned to get it replaced at site.

Work completed:
Finally the activity was conducted and completed successfully and Generator was tested on auto several times and was found fully operational. Mission successful! Don't worry the alarm is a minor warning alarm which is alarming to avoid contact as generator is going to start and it is not a critical operational alarm.
The activity took us almost 6 hours to complete including traveling time as the site was situated in a remote suburban area of the city which took 2 hours to reach and then a 2 hours of end to end replacement activity and finally another 2 hours of return back to the office.
Thanks!
