Good morning biza, back at the machine, it’s just after 10am and poppet is in the hammock chilling out and I’m back at the machine quickly this morning to write to you while making myself a coffee and getting to work, lot I wanna get setup this weekend.
Yeah I’m glad you got the appointment and everything sorted and done, that’s awesome, just stepping through, ticking boxes and scanning things, day by day — thought it would be fine tbh and that once you had the receipt you would be in good shape.
your three things to be grateful today were fire, great work, I’m glad you are feeling better and that the food prep, hair ACV activation and the rest of your day was chill — it’s easy to build up those appointments to be some massive thing, bit like me and the inhaler right, we sometimes forget that those people doing the job are just as committed for a result as we are! :)
Yeah glad you got that walking action in, makes all the difference if you can just take a walk out on a perfect day like that ya know? Just that little bit of exercise can make all the difference to the way the rest of the day turns out. Well done for getting the docs away!
I’m not sure why you see the rest of the process ‘nerve-wracking’ it’s just a request, fairly straight forward process that millions of people go through and the reason we have borders, they do their searches and such like, go on previous trips and whatever other data they search on, it’s just due process, they have to do it — glad they do it in fact, it makes the whole thing of travel safer en mass.
But I get you, I have that from time to time, the brain is a tricky one, it can play all kinds of tricks on ya depending on stress and anxiety levels, heck even wrong foods can activate all that stuff ya know?
Yeah, tonight was pretty standard, I got some huggles before both of us totally passed out and slept really well, I think we both needed it, i never had the heater on last night at all and I think that helped, of course I had the new inhaler so was not too worried, I’m glad that’s all resolved now, make it’s a good two for one situation to pick up supplies and inhalers at the same time.
Anyway, just another thing taken care of, another thing off the list, more of the list to go, but I know together we can like literally attack that list and crush it down much faster, yesterday you took one step closer to that — props! :)
Well, Saturday morning is starting to come together, the afternoon is set, the stage is set as they say, forward motion into the weekend, have supplies so i know I’m good to go, I can crank out the tunes, be thankful for all that we have and what we dream to create!
