notifying about obvious scams

Everyone is complaining about scams, I was really frustrated that the guys had verified account and scored more than $400k at current rates:

@stefek99 pretty much everywhere, need to fix identity

or at least allow me to download my Twitter archive with the correlated media

Wish I had access to all my content, not only text format...
