Twitter has introduced a new component called "Timestamp" which lets you tweet a live video or replay it at the specific time.
With "Timestamp" you can directly skip the video to that moment which you want to draw attention to. Before that users had to play the whole live video to get to that particular moment.
Twitter said to have introduced this feature after observing people twitting about a specific time to watch them.
Using Timestamp is very easy, just click share a live video and you easily scroll back to the selected time you want your followers to watch, then add the description and tweet.
Whoever see the Tweet will see the video play from the selected time you shared. In case the broadcast is live users can skip forward to real time by tapping "live".
Twitter Timestamps is already available for both Android & iOS, Twitter apps, Twitter browser site & Periscope.
