Yesterday my phone was snatched at a robot close to our Airport ,sadly I did not back up all my Two-Factor Authentication backup verification methods for the diff-rant applications I have .
I had to learn the hard way to keep all my security backups , and came to the conclusion the best way to store this is actually to print your passwords on a piece of paper and file it away .
So what Happens If I Use Two-Factor Authentication and Lose My Phone? Well i have to get hold of Hitbtc today and see what the process is to get this done and will keep you informed :-)
Don't take backing up your security for granted as it will spare you hours of unnecessary time wasted . Here is a short video explaining 2FA .
You might know all this but I am sure i will not be the only person who did not bother to keep all my password backups . If you have a couple of devices i would suggest you add your authenticater to all of them if one gets lost you still have an extra device that will allow you access . I hope you found this informative and thank you for stopping by,
