We all followed the story about how Munich switched to Linux and then had to switch back after many years. Many of us thought they were doomed to fail because they used an old version of Suse Linux and never upgraded it.
Now we read the Barcelona is switching to Ubuntu and also investing in open source. This could be a winner!
