My sister and I decided to take 1 chicken from my mom's poultry. So sad but .... hmmm... I smell the good aroma of the chicken soup when it is cooked.
We decided to have chicken tinola with a twist.
INGREDIENTS:
Garlic
Ginger
Onion bulb
Tomatoe
Horse raddish(malunggay)
Chicken cuts
Salt and sodium glutamate to taste.
PROCEDURES:
- Boil chicken to tender. Once tender set aside for a while.
- In a frying pan, sautee the ginger, garlic, tomatoe and onion.
- Put the tendered chicken cuts and its soup. Boil it for a while.
- mix the malungay.
- Put an amount of salt and sodium glutamate to taste.
- Boil for a while until the malunggay is cooked.
- Best serve when it is hot.
Hahhaha so happy to see the oldies eat a lot for lunch. Why not try it ? Am sure you gonna love it.
