After a great weekend of exploring and not really eating the best of food I think it’s time for an impromptu detox week.
Breakfast was a 3/4 cup of outmeal with almond milk.
And lunch was a huge plate of salad greens which I washed down with a cucumber lemon blended drink with no sweetener.
Oh and a lot of water.
I’m still figuring out the rest of the day as I go food wise but it will determine what happens the rest of the week.
I’m getting an oven soon so that should really help me have a healthier option as far as my food preparation goes.
