Our institution is still celebrating the Quality month. Today, I went to the hospital not to work but to attend SWOT analysis workshop. It is my first time. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. This tool will help the company for future planning. We did lots of activities, as individuals and as a group. After the workshop, we’re able to analyzed the favorable and unfavorable factors affecting our organization. We are hoping that we could apply and carry out those points that we tackled and learned today in the workshop.
