Despite of the busy demands of life it is always good to spend time with my special someone, traveling to nearby island. It's been a while since we had our backpacking and we are still planning to have more backpacking experience but for this time we are just visiting the nearby island in Cebu known as Lapu-Lapu City. We've visited the known Shrine there and then we went to my friends apartment to get some of my stuff that was in my friends apartment.
We have two options going to that place either by ferry boat or through PUJ (public utility jeepney). We decided to take the ferry boat which is more convenient than taking a jeepney. It only took about 30 or 45 minutes to reach the other island.
After we are done with our appointment there we ate in jollibee the most common fast food chain in Cebu. Then, we immediately bought the ticket for ferry boat while people are not yet swarming for tickets. Usually, when rush hour came people will fall in a very long line to get the ticket for the boat and after that there will be another line to take the boat so it's better to secure your tickets before rush hour came otherwise you'll get stuck on a very long line. :)
Indeed, we enjoyed our day together. 💖
