After what I consider to be the success of yesterdays Ulog, with plenty of engagement and interaction for a change. I find myself thinking about win-win senarios. I strongly believe that STEEM presents the ultimate win-win opportunities. Supporting and engaging with people on here is almost always a mutually beneficial scenario.
Source: Pixabay Connections made here can easily help both parties. It is not a one way street, a zero sum game. Most of my Ulogs attract little to no attention at all. Thats ok, quite often just the act of typing out a Ulog, "downloading" the days thoughts or activities and gaining some auto-votes and community curattion trails is sufficient. However, I find myself looking for a more interactive experience. Hence, yesterdays @steembasicincome offer. This has started up some conversations, and even a couple of new followers. I am now just 1 off a nice round 400 which is nice but ultimately meaningless as many of those are bots. Still its a milestone and a nice base to build on.
The recent Netcoins push highlighted the fact that everyone here can act out of self interest, but still everyone can benefit. The big guys want more places STEEM is traded hoping it would push the price of STEEM and increase the value of their wallet. Many little guys would have had a similar motivation, but many probably only voted to gain an upvote from the big guys. Everyone acted in self-interest, yet we are all winners. This is an awesome demonstration of the power and potential STEEM has, and why I strongly believe it will become a powerhouse of growth and a life-changing force for many people over the next few years.
