Hello my dears Ulogers, I hope you be great! Today some friends of mine and I decide to make churros in Wilfredo’s house, was a really fun afternoon cooking and making jokes, and like was a really productive day I decide to share with you the recipe and the instructions to the homemade churros and the fun experience of cook with friends.
Ingredients:
- 2 cup all-purpose flour.
- 2 cup water.
- 4 tablespoon oil.
- A pinch of salt.
- Vegetable oil, for frying the churros.
- Sugar, for a sugar shower.
Instructions:
1- In a saucepan, combine 2 cup water and the 4 tablespoon oil; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
2- In a bowl, add the 2 cup all-purpose flour and salt, mix it with the boiling water in the pot. It’s important that the mixture doesn’t get too moist or too dry, because it won’t work. Once the mixture is ready, you must let it rest for about 10 minutes.
3- After the 10 minutes the mixture is ready to be cooked, you must look for a piping bag and make sure you have the correct tip for giving the right form of the churros.
4- Once you have the mixture inside the piping bag, start heating the oil in a pan, when the oil is heated enough, start making the churros, make sure they’d be well cooked after turning them, but you also have to make sure they won’t burn, because the flavor won’t be the same.
5- When they’re ready, take them out of the pan and put it into a plate or a tray with napkins or absorbent paper to take of the oil excess.
6- Once the oil excess is retired, the churros are ready, you can give it a sugar shower.
Cook with friends:
The experience of cook with friends it's really fun, I recommend if you want a fun experience, actually, when we were mixing the mixture we had a kind of "food war" and fry the churros was an odyssey, because we couldn't be agree in who was going to do what and we finished burning some churros, but in general all was funny and the churros were tasty.
When we finished of cook, we sat together in the porch to eat the churros, drink juice and talk. Been sit there, we decide to make some jokes by phone to others friends that didn't be with us today and that was really fun, was a really nice afternoon, I hope make this again with my friends because I enjoyed it.
