Today, we were scheduled to visit the new Food Innovation Center from another campus of our state university. I thought we were riding with the university’s school bus, but we ended up renting a jeepney to get there.
We left at 8 am and travelled for more than two hours. We were toured around the facility and showed us all the equipment, that are very useful in food research.
Here are the product samples made at the facility.
We finished our tour at around 1 pm, and then we went back to our school. It was tiring, but a good experience. I just hope that we also have the equipment in our own campus. It will be very helpful for our course.
