And let's act on it too. If our heart's saying indulge yourself - go treat yourself to a yummy breakfast, let's not bring in guilt and diet - let's just do it. This could be the fuel and motivation for 5 more workouts :)
If the heart says do something nice for someone, let's just do. Let's not get into - will he think I'm a soft touch, will he take me for granted later? Let's for once, trust our instincts, trust people and just unconditionally do something nice.
If our heart wants us to try something that's not our comfort zone, to go with the currents of life that are pushing us in this unplanned direction, let's just go with the flow. Let's try this new approach, dropping all judgments, beliefs, blinkers and apprehensions. Who knows what doors this could open, what treasures it might unlock?
