During the move two of my big photography light bulbs broke. So this is the first time I'm using them in the new house. They make a huge difference, here's the same photo with out them, only the room light and natural light.

Also it's they are good for shooting larger things. I have the white table and backdrop to make it easy to crop out the background and make it super white. Making the photo pop!
OK not the most interesting shot, but I'll share the inside one day. It's super cool!
They are super bright! When I turn them off the kids are like "it got so dark in here"!!
Other than that just monitoring my Ethereum trade. I was up 6%, but now only up 4%.
