Apparently you need a showroom to be able to apply for a car shop in Upland but what they don't tell you is that it can't be any showroom, it has to be a medium to large sized showroom. The small showrooms won't work for cars and only map assets, which I didn't know until now. I had already bought my 3x cars and paid handsomely for the showroom that I do have and now this showroom is pretty much just worthless to me.
I'm not entirely sure what I'm going to do with this now to be honest. Do I open up a map asset store instead? Who buys map assets though, I know I don't?
