Your message should be like this:
Upvote for https://steemit.com/upvoting-program/@adjs20/upvoting-program-update instead of https://steemit.com/upvoting-program/@adjs20/upvoting-program-update-urgent
The reason is simple, I'm checking the old post if you sent SBD or STEEM for it to prevent false requests.
Note: If you dont mention your non-upvoted link in your request you will not get upvote for the new post.
