Option not responding even while app is running or not running mode.

Expected behavior

when the option is been clicked, an activity should be triggered to action.

Actual behavior

While app is not running, the option is stagnant. When app also start running it still remains dormant.

How to reproduce

Download easer app.

Open app, click on the restart or repeat option.

At the top right corner, open menu and click on start. While the app starts running, similar occurrence is detected.
