Good day Steemians,
After accomplishing the translation of Steem whitepaper (Genesis) with our Vietnamese Translation Team, I’m so excited to move on with another updated version of the Steem whitepaper. I did our best to provide the best and the most accurate its translation. I would like to present the following report as my little contribution to the project.

Steem is one of a kind, the first blockchain-based social media platform that incentivizes users with cryptocurrency for their contributions such as creating contents, upvote, resteem (a.k.a sharing value contents)…With a very unique concept combining what other decentralized social platforms couldn’t do with building cryptocurrency, Steemit as its first social platform running on Steem blockchain quickly attracting over 1 million users worldwide.
The idea of earning crypto while sharing our own contents and by reacting with the community that made me excited to join Steem ecosystem, engage, and earn.
With a rapidly growing community from Vietnam, I have an exciting responsibility to deliver/share the information to help non-English Viet Steemian understand better about the platform. That’s why I became one of the translation team to create a Vietnamese version of the whitepaper.
After completing its genesis version, this is another Steem whitepaper that we all together are working on.
Contribution Specifications
Translation Overview
This is my only contribution to the translation, parts that I translated are Subjective Contributions and Consensus Algorithm. Subjective contributions play a really important part in the growing of Steem platform. Also, it differentiates it from other lots of-copy-paste-platforms. I have learned that Steem tries to build up a community with original and with creative mindset users through their personal contributions.
Consensus algorithm helps me to realize that we are trying to achieve the consensus everywhere in our real life, and so is Steem. Steem is operated by an algorithm to create a fair rewarding system for everyone.
