Avidemux is an open source video editing software used for cutting, encoding, and filtering videos with various file formats.
Proposal
The Clip Bin contains all video, audio, and picture clips imported into the current video project. When objects show up in the Clip Bin, user's can add them to the canvas by just dragging and dropping. The Library basically holds assets such as callouts, title clips, videos, audio files, pictures, logo's, and other elements which user's want to use from project to project. Items in the Library are called as media assets. At first user's need to add their desired assets to the Library. Once an asset is added to the Library, the asset is available to any avidemux project. When i first used avidemux, i observe that there is no Clip Bin and library option available in avidemux, so i suggest it's great if we able to use these tools in avidemux directly and once they add this as default then user's just need to install and open avidemux software and these features show up by default in avidemux and i hope users also appreciate having such important tool's, let me show you examples that how avidemux looks like when they add Clip Bin and Library option.

After left clicking on clipbin tool a drop down menu opens up and user's can see all of the imported media and they can also add any media to library by simply right clicking on desired media and then click on Add to Library button. See the below image

Benefits
With the help of Clip Bin user's can add multiple instances of a clip onto the video. The Clip Bin shows all video, audio, and image clips imported into the current project and user's can easily organize their imported media, with the help of library user's have the option to reuse their media assets and they won't need to upload their essential project assets again and again, Once user's add an asset to the Library, the asset becomes available to any avidemux project. When avidemux add these tool's then user's able to use it directly in avidemux and they won't need to use any third party software, this induction will save precious time of user's and it also catch more clients as peoples find avidemux equipped with awesome tools.
