Components
Noise demo is an open source app for testing Noise samples on android devices, this app has a very nice and simple look, very small file size makes this application runs smoothly when in use. However after trying to use this app, I did not find the "Miscellaneous" feature and the "Developers Settings" feature in this app. Though the feature is very useful and very needed by the user.
Proposal
I propose to the Noise Demo app developer to add two new features in the Noise Demo app, the "Miscellaneous" feature and the "Developers Settings" feature in the main view section of the Noise Demo app. The developer must modify the section to give the user access to manage the feature.
Developers must add the "Overrun Warning" feature when users access the "Miscellaneous" feature. And the developer should add the "Log plot: Replot On Zoom" feature when the user accesses the "Developers Settings" feature.
Mockups / Examples
An example of the image seen in the Noise Demo app after the developer added the feature I proposed.
Benefits
With the "Miscellaneous" feature in the Noise Demo app, users can show warning if audio buffer enters overrun state. And it's amazing and useful for users. And with the presence of the "Developers Settings" feature in the Noise Demo app, users can replot the spectogram only while zooming (Saves Battery). So users feel very happy with the presence of these features, and will provide the best rating for the application Noise Demo, and invite other users to download and install the application Noise Demo on their android device.
