open pad is an open source apart of application for taking note which at the same time serve the purpose of paint which create basic graphic art which involve painting and drawing. open pad has been a very good note taking application.
drawing on open pad paint is okay but the color mixing is not friendly.
Proposal
From my experience using the paint part of open pad, i discovered there is difficulty in using desired color. The paint has only three colors, Green, Red and Blue. These colors are set in a way to produce other colors by mixing the colors through shifting of the color button to and fro. this method looks too professional. only those who are color oriented can have a smooth understanding of mixing colors to get another color easily, otherwise,it will be a hard nut to crack. i propose that several colors be differently added to open pad paint for users to choose from without going through the stress of mixing colors that are not easy to produce.

This will make the painting more easy for users to draw and design some art work as desired.
picking colors will become easy with several colors available
Not going through the color mixing part will make the application more user friendly as they can choose their desired color without stress.
it will also tackle frustration on the part of the users as it will be easy to carry out all wanted functions on the application.
