Your contribution cannot be approved because it is not a Bug in Utopian.
Actually what happens with Delegation is that it does not adds up, for example if you have send 10 SP and then 20 SP, the delegation will take only the last value i.e. 20 SP and it will not be 30 SP. It would be good if you can learn little about delegation.
