The component I want to suggest here is to add Schedule Text Messages features and Online History feature in the Rocket.Chat chat room.
Proposal
In the photo below, you can see an example of Schedule text Messaging,
Usability Schedule text messaging : Remind someone by sending scheduled Text message reminders at the pre-set time and help them to do their tasks on time. You can send out scheduled Text message reminders daily, weekly, monthly or yearly

Usability Online History :its usefulness is we can see when someone last active in a chat room

Benefits
Schedule Text Messaging Benefits : You can schedule texts to remind your friend of upcoming appointments. This is very easy for you, shorten your time, and so forth
Online History : You can see when someone is last active, and it's also useful in distinguishing which people are still active but not online with people who are not active for long periods of time
