Introduction

Recently I just an open source website called clamav.net, This website is just like an antivirus and it is aimed at detecting Mal warehouse, and harmful threats or viruses.
Going through the site I did not really find much on it there was no faq and other informations that can help new users to go around the site without much help from anybody.

Suggestion

I am suggesting that clamav.net adopt a chat option where members can be able to talk to admins online, that means the website owners needs to put some admins in this area to attend to members complaints, Members should be able chat with the admins and receive a quick response. Below is a suitable area that I suggest the chat option be fixed in the site to enhance easy communication between members and administrators.

Comparison

There are so many sites that has this chat option, this feature is a very important one in any site that pass across and receive information. It enhances a cordial relationship between the members and the administrators, members would also be happy that they have a way to chat with the admins anytime they face a problem or challenge. Quickly let us look at an application with this feature called Zoto, below is the chat option for Zoto.

In conclusion

This is my little contribution for clamav.net to add the chat option to their website, so as to enable easy access to informations from the admins, I hope this suggestion will be considered.
