Make the Vote for Withneses Tap More Visible to Steemit Users

Today i making a suggestion for relocation of the present position of the 'Vote for Witnesses' tap to a more visible position and inclusion of a little pop-up message to remind people to caste their votes in steemit.

Proposal

At present, the vote for witnesses tap is located inside the menu beside the image avatar in the steemit homepage of each user. The present position makes this very important feature hidden that most users especially minnows are not aware of both the existence and function of this feature.
Steemit witnesses are like the backbone on which the strength of steemit comes from as they do a lot in promoting and sustaining steemit.
I therefore propose that the 'Vote for Witnesses' tab be moved from the present position and be placed under' my wallet' to make it more visible and handy to both old and new users.
Again, I propose that a small pop-up message reminding a user to caste his/her vote be included such that it pops-up once a while to any user who have not caste his/her vote for witnesses.

Benefits

Steemit witnesses voting is highly needed for promoting and sustaining the steemit blockchain. If this feature is made more visible to users, voting will certainly increase and many users will learn about the functions of these witnesses.
