Autcompletion on all "to" fields should consider entries from all types of transactions

Expected behavior

Autcompletion on all "to" fields should consider entries from all types of transactions.

Actual behavior

When I go to the "Convert to STEEM POWER" page the "to" field autocomplete feature fetches the usernames from only "Steem transfers" and not "Convert to STEEM POWER" transfers.

How to reproduce

1. Goto https://steemit.com/@username/transfers
2. Click on "Power Up" from Steem section on the page.
3. Click on Advanced.
4. Transfer 1 Steem to @dan
5. Revisit https://steemit.com/@gokulnk/transfers and follow steps 2 and 3.
6. In the "To" field you expect to see the username prepopulating. But it doesn't come. Whereas if you do a steem transfer to @dan then it come up.
