bug found in Min tube while trying to move the floating screen

Expected behavior

when video is playing, i should be able to move the floating screen the desired location of my phone screen

Actual behavior

while playing a clip, i try moving the floating screen to another side of the phone screen, but the floating screen was just stagnant , thus blocking other app launcher

How to reproduce

download and install mintube from F-Droid run the app, select a clip, try to move the floating screen, minimize the app, then try again to move the floating screen.

• Browser: Min tube Version 0.95
• Operating system: Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. Infinix hot 3 LTE
