Suggestions for Minimal-Todo to addition few components

Minimal-Todo is an application to write a note and comes with a special reminder alarm.

Proposal

When I use this application I feel there is less on the application, namely the write is only "Title" is not provided a special space for writing the title and description that we will write, but this application is very useful because it has a special reminder, Currently I would like to suggest addition few components so that title and description writing can be different and it will look better.

Benefits

The advantage of adding a few components to a Minimal-Todo app is that the writer does not have to combine the title and description and it will look nicer.
