Require video tutorials to mention the source of the sound track
I have noticed that many of the video tutorials posted in Utopian have sound tracks and no voice. Youtube does not permit the use of copyrighted sound tracks nor should Utopian. So, any contribution violating Youtube guidelines and using copyrighted sound track may get taken down by the Youtube team if they receive dmca notices to take them down.
Then people viewing those contributions will see a dead video with the Youtube's takendown message. Approving such contribution will harm the reputation of Utopian. To prevent such situtation, Utopian should update the rules for approving video tutorials. A demo rule is provided below:
If you used a soundtrack on your video, provide proof that you have permission to use it.
Reject video tutorials about games
There are some open source games and showing how to play those games do not make much contribution to the open source world. Rejecting them makes more sense. So, my suggestion is to reject contributions about how to play open source games and gameplays.
