Suggestion To Eliminate And Reduce Sbd/Steem Transfer To Wrong Account

Today am making a suggestion to utopian that will help to eliminate, wrong account transaction. This suggestion was intrigue as a result of the post i saw yesterday made by one steemians for making a wrong payment to wrong account instead of sending to an account he mistakenly send to a wrong account. I knew he wouldn't have been the only one to have fall victim, then i decided to make a suggestion that will help to prevent, wrong payment made to the wrong account and also help to eliminate the number of fraudulent practices made on steemit.chat. where an impersonator will be claiming to be a high reputable individual on steemit, and then later ask his/her victim to send some sbd/steem in other to help.

The following are the things that can to be done to eliminate transfer to wrong account and reduce loss;

• Allowing (3)minute minimum time before effective transfer.

• Automatic memo generation to send.

• Allow preferential treatment to account with high transaction rate.

• Allowing Three (3) minute minimum time before effective transfer: allowing three (3) minute before successful transfer and giving room to cancel transaction within this period is enough to cancel an invalid transaction. As the sender will be able to make necessary correction, within the time frame. Doing this will help to reduce an unsatisfactory and invalid transactions.

• Automatic memo generation: there should be automatic memo generation that will serve as key to receive payment, which implies that only those that have the receiving memo key can can receive payment. Failure of two attempt to enter correctly the authorisation memo key will lead to automatic refund to the sender. Also failure to claim reward before 24 hours should lead to automatic refund to the sender.
  

• Giving out preferential treatment to account: giving out preferential treatment to account with high transaction record to receive sbd or steem without necessarily having the authorisation memo key.
