Memetastic is a free open source memes creator for Android without ads and watermark.

Proposal

Using the app to create memes, I noticed it only allowed top and bottom captions. And I would love to place my captions or text anywhere I feel like.
I would suggest letting the caption or text be movable so as to fit in any part of the picture used as meme background.

Benefits

This option would allow users tune their memes to taste by placing texts on suitable areas of the picture, instead of just top and bottom captions always.
It would improve creative instincts of users to design what they want.
