UI Improvement of Susi Chromebot

UI IMPROVEMENTS IN CHROMEBOT

When the new login page was made it had some UI issues like login button was not aligned properly

and the jump to bottom button was not following dark theme in dark mode.

After I made two PR's to solve the issue and now the chromebot looks like this
